Louis Gaudreau, MBA
President and CEO
Louis Gaudreau accumulates more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry. He had mainly worked in Strategy and Business Units Management, in Mergers and Acquisitions, and also Project Management. He has elaborated and realized several business plans during his career in order to accelerate both growth and return on investment of Canadian and Quebecer enterprises.
M. Gaudreau holds a Bachelor degree in Administrative Data Processing as well as a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Brian Cosgrove, CA
Vice President – Finances and Administration
Brian Cosgrove began his career about fifteen years ago with a chartered accountant firm where he served a variety of customers, notably via a number of consulting mandates in management and taxation. He then assumed the financial management of companies working in the IT sector. With extensive experience in financial control and company management, Mr. Cosgrove has been a key participant in several financial transactions, mergers and company acquisitions, as well as their subsequent integration.
Mr. Cosgrove holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting Sciences from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.
Luc Poulin, P.Eng., MBA
Vice President – Marketing and Communications
Luc Poulin has extensive knowledge in the integration and marketing of technological business solutions. Always searching for complementary knowledge and constantly on the lookout for new market trends and needs, he has acquired over the years a great deal of specialized training in technological and operational management of projects and sales. Mr. Poulin has also contributed to many operational initiatives relating to continuous improvement at Nortel.
Mr. Poulin has a diploma in Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke and Master degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.

Normand Daoust, P.Eng.

Operational Performance Improvement
Responsible for operations at the Montréal office, Normand Daoust has practical experience in several niches of supply chain optimization, which provides him with an astute and critical view of a company’s level of competitiveness and potential for improvement. The improvement philosophy he recommends, called Lean Manufacturing, has enabled a number of manufacturers to rapidly realize tangible and lasting profits, without having to make large capital investments.
Mr. Daoust holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Montréal’s École Polytechnique.
François Bazinet, P.Eng., MBA

With over 15 years of experience in key management positions, François Bazinet has been involved in several projects, ranging from the transformation of business processes to the improvement of manufacturing performance, not to mention the integration of new technologies. His interventions have helped customers implement better business practices. He recommends the Lean philosophy developed by the Lean Enterprise Institute.
Mr. Bazinet holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Montréal’s École Polytechnique and a Master degree in Business Administration from McGill University.
Érik Blanchet

Working as a manufacturing and logistics management consultant for over fifteen years, Érik Blanchet conducted many projects of Lean Manufacturing concept implementation, business process reengineering and supply chain optimization for Quebec midsize and large businesses. He was the cofounder and president of ATHENA Stratégie Manufacturière, a firm acquired by The Createch Group in 2004. He is now in charge of the business unit at the Group’s Québec city office.
Mr. Blanchet holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, specialized in operation management from the Université Laval.
Michel Girard, M.Sc., Adm.A.

Mr. Michel Girard is responsible for consulting services for logistics performance improvement. His extensive experience in management and consulting with world class companies and his vast knowledge of different industries enable him to judiciously guide clients in the development and implementation of strategies within information systems as well as logistics processes.
Mr. Girard holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Applied Mathematics from the Université de Sherbrooke and a degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Responsible for the Montreal office, Patrick Remy cumulates a broad experience with over 20 years in ERP (finance, distribution and manufacturing) implementations in various sectors and business sizes. During all these years, Mr. Remy has worked to build skilled teams, create spirit, to develop successors and coach junior resources. His communication skills allow him to guide his teams to focus towards a goal and deal with complex situations and provide superior quality service.
Patrick Remy holds a Bachelor degree in Management from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Boris Znebel

Boris Znebel is a seasoned software executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining The Createch Group, Mr. Znebel spent 12 years with a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution provider focused on mid-market companies in Canada and the U.S. During his tenure with this company, he held numerous positions with responsibility for Software Sales, Professional Services and Global Account Sales. Mr. Znebel joined The Createch Group management team in the Spring of 2008 and has since fostered strong business alliances with numerous organizations including Microsoft and the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) association.
Boris holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Toronto.
Art Campbell

Art Campbell is Vice President in the Microsoft business unit at the Montreal office. Mr. Campbell is in charge of the service delivery for Dynamics NAV implementations for the Province of Quebec. He has been working in the Consulting services for more than 19 years, executing many ERP implementations. His multiple trainings in project management, coaching and negotiation lead him to assume also different roles as Project Lead and Project Manager and General Manager, as well, for ERP practices.

Stéphane Chantal, P.Eng., MBA

During his professional career, Stéphane Chantal played a particularly significant role for Québec companies through his participation in the implementation of technological tools such as the ERP and MES systems (Manufacturing Execution System) and electronic commerce. In 2003, working with The Createch Group, he was at the helm of an innovative ERP and electronic commerce project that won an OCTAS in the Fédération Informatique du Québec (FIQ) competition, in the category ‘Transformation of Business Processes’.
Mr. Chantal has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université Laval de Québec and a Master degree in Business Administration from Montréal’s McGill University.

André Telmosse

André Telmosse is responsible for the entire operations of the SAP business unit in Canada. He possesses twenty five years of experience in Consulting for medium and large enterprises. During his career, Mr. Telmosse has managed numerous complete profit-based solutions implementations involving technology, process improvement and the organizational aspects of the enterprise. He has worked in different industries such as manufacturing, distribution and financial services. His large experience in multiple worldwide companies allowed him to acquire a broad know-how and solid competence that generate an added-value and provide tangible results to its clients’ projects.
Mr. Telmosse holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics and Computer Science from l’École Polytechnique of Montreal.
Jean Cayouette

Active in the SAP environment since 1984, Jean Cayouette has been involved in over twenty implementation projects. Over his career he has occupied various management positions relating to the implementation, optimization, support and upgrading of SAP business solutions. Thanks to his solid experience and extensive knowledge of the software’s main modules, he is able to provide clients with solutions best suited to their reality, designed to maximize their benefits.
Mr. Cayouette has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Université Laval.
Patrick Hickey, P.Eng.

Patrick Hickey is responsible for SAP Sales and Services for the Ontario region. His primary focus is providing cost effective SAP solutions to mid market companies in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Prior to joining The Createch Group, Mr. Hickey has spent 16 years with SAP Canada and SAP America, his primary focus has been the development and roll out of the mySAP All-in-One program focused on implementing SAP to mid sized companies. Mr. Hickey is considered a leader in the deployment of rapid, template based SAP solutions.
A Professional Engineer, Mr. Hickey was educated at the University of Manitoba.
Don Turner

With over 25 years of business experience, including 15 years in SAP solutions, Don Turner has held several management positions in various industries over the years. Having started his career as a consultant in SAP systems, during the past decade, Mr. Turner has increasingly focused his activities on project management, having been involved in many complex and specific SAP-solution implementations for several large companies. As Vice President –Services, Don Turner’s makes sure that clients’ needs remain his first and foremost priority, thus assuring high-quality professional services.
Didier Van Den Berghe

With over 30 years of professional experience in the development of business ventures throughout North America, Didier spent the last 12 years of his career in the field of IT/ERP, developing markets for the well known SAP, J.D. Edwards, BEA Systems and more recently Information Builders solutions. He has a very keen understanding of the Large and Medium size enterprise markets, particularly in the ERP, Application Integration and BI disciplines. Anecdotically, he closed in 1997 the first sales of SAP R/3 in the Quebec mid-market space.
Mr. Van Den Berghe has an engineering degree and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Industrial Marketing.

Working in the Business Intelligence field since 1991, Mireille Waltz has been in charge of many Business Intelligence integration projects for companies of varying sizes. In 1988 she was responsible for the first SAP-BW implementation in Canada. Dedicated to advising clients in the implementation of global Business Intelligence solutions in SAP environments, Mrs. Waltz uses her vast experience in diversified business fields to help clients make better use of their information in order to optimize the strategic management of their company.

Mike Popovic, MBA, B.Sc., B.A.

Responsible for the Hamilton office, Mike Popovic has been a key player in the evolution of management services and asset optimization throughout his career. In his over 19 years in the industry, he has been involved in many consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies around the world. In 1998, he founded PopWare, a consulting firm specialized in asset optimization. The company grew so quickly that in 2004, Profit Magazine included it among the 100 fastest growing Canadian companies. Mr. Popovic joined The Createch Group in 2006 when both companies merged.
Mr. Popovic has a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration from McMaster University.

Chuck leads the AMS (Asset Managements Solutions) services team whose focus is managing dynamic multiple priority engagements and delivering them on time and on budget. Chuck is a proven leader and mentor with the stamina to energize the team, maximize resources, anticipate issues and support positive change. Chuck’s impressive track record, along with great communication and people skills combined with an open and effective management style enables him to innovatively direct our distinguished services team.
Steven Zakaib

Steven Zakaib is responsible for sales for Createch’s Asset Management Solutions business unit. Prior to joining Createch, Mr. Zakaib spent nearly twenty years in global industry in automation and energy, where he progressed through a wide variety of increasingly challenging positions in sales, marketing and business development with ABB and Honeywell. As well, he spent 6 years in the broadcast and wireless market as General Manager of a Canadian systems manufacturer and most recently was directing international operations of a Canadian manufacturer of renewable energy systems. A seasoned senior sales manager, Mr. Zakaib is building on Createch’s strong alliances with organizations such as IBM to deliver the Best in Breed solutions to our clients.
